Love Your Gadget

We want you to love your new gadget. We do understand that sometimes things happen. We want to make it right. If for any reason you wish to return your gadget within 55 calendar days from date of purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. The package can be opened, but we do require the item to be in as new condition. We will refund the purchase price less the $3 shipping fee. RMA numbers are required for all returns, so please be sure to contact us for an RMA number prior to returning any packages! Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Above all, we’re reasonable. We hope you are too.

Defective Or Damaged?

If your gadget arrived defective or damaged, we’re sorry – that’s disappointing. We promise to make it right! Please contact us about a replacement. Be sure to include your order number and please provide a photo of the damaged packaging that your product came in and a photo of the damaged product.
